**Quantity of Energy:** This measures the total energy stored in the battery (like fuel in a tank). More Wh = longer power supply.

Output Power / Flow Rate

**Rate of Energy:** This measures the maximum power the station can deliver at any one moment (like the diameter of a pipe). More W = can run bigger appliances.

Continuous Safe Limit

**Maximum Output:** The highest power load the station can safely and continuously maintain without overloading the system. All connected devices must total less than this number.

Instant Startup Spike

**Temporary Peak Power:** A brief, high-power allowance (often 1-2 seconds) for devices like refrigerators or compressors that need a quick, massive spike to switch on.
