Rental Protection Plan

Optional cover to reduce your liability on every hire.

Accidental damage can occur during use, and the Rental Protection Plan (RPP) limits your financial liability if something goes wrong while the gear is in your care.

✅ What’s Covered:

• Accidental damage to all Off-Grid Hire gear and accessories
• Weather-related damage from storms, flooding, or extreme heat
• Transport-related damage during proper use (e.g. in the back of a ute)

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

• Lost or stolen gear
• Negligent use, abuse, or unauthorised modifications
• Damage from submersion in water or extreme misuse
• Failure to return gear

💵 Cost & Coverage:

• RPP is just 15% of your total rental fee
• If damage occurs, your maximum liability is capped at $500
• Without RPP, you may be liable for the full replacement value of damaged gear

🛡️ Why Add It?

• Limits exposure on high-value equipment
• Reduces the risk of unexpected repair or replacement costs
• Keeps hire costs predictable if accidental damage occurs
